Having hurt my back quite badly recently, I was walking around bent over in a way that one might think I was doing an impression of Groucho Marx. I found Lucy on Google and the 5* reviews gave me hope. And how deserved they are. I'm used to having my back clicked and cracked by my former osteopath (whom I can no longer access), so I was intrigued when Lucy said her approach was different. If I'm honest, I was perplexed as to how it would work (only because of what I'm used to) but as soon as I got off the couch, I saw that my shoulders were horizontal (there were at a noticeable angle before, that's how bad the injury was). I was able to stand up straight, and a day later I was agile again, although I was sensible enough to move around gently given the treatment was recent. I'm still taken aback (pun intended) as to how Lucy did this. I've already recommended her to a friend.
